Accommodation in Jamaica

Although there are many all-inclusive resorts and hotels on the island, a better alternative can be to book your own private villa, cottage or apartment on the island. The reason is simple; why book a room when you can book a whole house for the same rate and get more value for your money. Jamaica villas and cottages are perfect for families and have amenities that cater to all age groups. As a case point, consider the Silver Sands villas, conveniently located in Jamaica’s north coast where most of the tourist towns including Ocho Rios, Negril, Montego Bay and Port Antonio are located. These villas encompass their own private beach and have a separate play areas for kids. If you want to stay indoors, you can simply lounge away in the porch reading your favourite book or taking in the views of the Caribbean. The staff also arranges a weekly entertainment/welcome party where the guests get the opportunity to mingle with each other.

Most international airlines go through the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay while there are others that go through the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. You can reach your destination in Jamaica by taxi or bus. Alternatively, if you are staying in a private accommodation, you can ask the staff of the villas to arrange for an airport pick up.
